SpaceMonger Crashed

Postby isgjackson on Thu Apr 30, 2009 7:49 am

I clicked on the 'P' button on the Statistics tab (Display Histogram using files physical size) and the software crashed. It asked me to send the crash.log file so here I am. Further details are as follows:

OS: Vista
SM Version: 2.1.2-pre3
Mode: Enhanced

I hope this helps.

Just thought I would report another crash. I clicked on the Images slice of the pie chart and after a few seconds the software crashed. A few more details:

OS: Vista (Booooo!)
SM Version: 2.1.2-pre3
Mode: Enhanced
What I was doing: I'd left SpaceMonger scanning a network drive overnight. The drive is 900GB in size and mainly consists of lots of small documents and graphics. I clicked on the Images slice of the pie chart and it displayed images fine. I then ordered the images by size and removed one of the images that was 405MB through Windows Explorer. To refresh the list of images I clicked on the Images slice of the pie chart again and that's when it crashed.

Erm... I crashed it again. OS Details etc the same as the previous entries in this post. Log file attached again.

This time I was trying to update the pie chart slices in Setup. I was updating slice number 10 so that it picked up temp files. When I clicked on OK, the software crashed. It was running a scan at the time so I may have been asking a bit too much of the poor thing all in one go. But I thought I would post it here anyway, just in case it's useful.
