Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question that you think somebody else might have asked before, the answer's probably in our FAQ. We also have a FAQ just for questions about SpaceMonger.Visit Our Forums!
If you have questions about our products, or you've found a bug, or you want to suggest a feature, our forum is the one of the best places to go. These are phpBB forums that we (and many others) check every day (usually several times per day), and it's the best place to send comments, ask questions, ask for help, and make suggestions.Need to Contact Us?
Sometimes, you just need to talk to people directly. While we're not about to give out our employees' home phone numbers, we still want to help you. If you need to contact someone inside Sixty-Five directly, go to our Contact Page and type a message there. (If you just want to recover a lost license key, or you didn't receive your license key, we have a lost key form that can send your key to you again.) Bear in mind that you may get a faster response in the forum than via the Contact Page, so if your comments or questions are at all appropriate for general viewing, we recommend you go there instead.Developer's Blog
Want the inside scoop on new developments in our products? We have a blog where we post the real news on the latest changes, bug fixes, and new features in our products. Go read it and see for yourself.
Warning: The developer's blog and forums are moderated but public resources. Any information you see posted there is not Sixty-Five's official position on any matter and should not be construed as legally binding. Moreover, visitors like yourself can and do post comments in the blog and threads in the forums, and while Sixty-Five makes a reasonable attempt to moderate the content of both the blog and the forums, we also prize the right granted in the First Amendment of freedom of speech.
